About Ford’s NEW Mobile Service Offering:

At Rochester Ford, we understand bringing your vehicle in for Service can be challenging depending on your schedule, the weather, and other life events that come up. That’s why we are excited to introduce our NEW Mobile Service option where one of our skilled technicians comes straight to you with our Mobile Service van to work on your vehicle for a number of different service options.

Service Offerings Available with the Mobile Service Van

Currently, our Mobile Service Van offers the following services:

• FSA/Recalls (depending on type of recall)
• Vehicle Battery concerns (starting/charging/etc.)
• Wiper Replacements
• Cabin/Engine Air Filters
• Diagnostic Scanning
• Software Updates
• Lamps/Bulbs Replacements 
• Interior and Exterior Trim Repairs 
• Heating Diagnostics 

*** Ford Mobile Service will not be able to assist with tire or oil change services at this time***

How does it work?

To use our mobile service van offering, you can see if your service needs are eligible by calling 507.252.2543. You can also speak with our mobile service advisor in person to schedule your appointment at our Rochester Ford Service building.

1. Once your appointment is scheduled, our dedicated Mobile Service Technician, Chris, will check in with you when he arrives to get an authorized signature to perform the work. 

2. After the Service work is complete, Chris will check back in with you before leaving to ensure you are satisfied with the service. 

3. You can also expect an email follow up or a phone call from our dedicated Ford Mobile Service Advisor before and after the service work is complete. 

Locations eligible for Mobile Service

Rochester Ford’s mobile service van will travel within the Rochester, MN zip codes for appointments.

Due to the size of our van, we prefer to work at residential homes that have a driveway or area to park. In some instances, our mobile van can go to a service guest’s place of work so long as it is not a secured parking lot or parking ramp (van needs a clearance of at least 10ft all around) and MUST be ok’d by the employer first.

Please discuss your desired location for service at the time of booking to work with our service advisor in determining eligibility for Mobile Service.

What if my vehicle service needs aren’t eligible for Mobile Service?

In the event that you are not eligible for mobile service or Chris arrives to work on your vehicle and finds that he cannot perform the services needed, our Ford Service team offers our FREE pickup and delivery service. This means we (Rochester Ford Service) will bring your vehicle to our shop, perform the necessary services, and deliver back to you hassle-free.
